Cook Children's Health Care System
At Cook Children's Home Health we work with your family and your child's physician to determine necessary equipment and supplies for your child's individualized plan of care. Our highly skilled and experienced staff is trained to assist with medical equipment, biopharmaceuticals, infusions, orthotics and prosthetics and more for families in North Texas.
There's no distance we won't go to meet the diverse needs of kids in the comfort and convenience of their own home. Cook Children's Home Health develops an individualized care plan for each patient and works with the family on a monthly, weekly or daily basis. We currently have locations in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth and San Antonio.
Our staff focus on making sure kids get quality care in the comfort of home. We will strive to ensure that:
