Since the founding of our professional services consulting firm in 1976, our people have provided real solutions for projects large and small. Within one company we offer clients a broad range of capabilities and experience and complementary skills and talents.

The philosophy of our founder, David F. Evans, PE, PLS, is to hire outstanding professionals and give them the freedom and support to do what they do best. For more than three decades, we have been engaging the expertise of professional engineers, surveyors, hydrographers, planners, architects, landscape architects, natural resources scientists, and construction managers, growing from two people to more than 700 people serving clients across the western United States. In support of project work, technology is an important aspect of our firm. New resources and approaches, including advanced systems and equipment, help us to quickly reach better solutions.

In each project we do, we strive to seek out ways to sustain the natural environment and shape the built environment, creating healthy living conditions that benefit people, communities, and society.
