CCFBank®, Citizens Community Federal, N.A. is a federally chartered national bank based in Altoona, Wisconsin. With over $550 million in assets, the bank is a full-service financial institution providing deposit and loan products to our customers from multiple branch locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan.

History
The one constant with CCFBankTM is change. Originally established in 1938 as a credit union serving local co-op members, a number of changes have made CCFBankTM, the financial institution it is today.

In 2005, Citizens Community Federal acquired Community Plus Savings Bank, resulting in the expansion into the Michigan market. Beginning in 2008 and through 2009, Citizens Community Federal expanded its branch network to include locations throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota.

The bank has responded to historical shifts in the economy with structural, product and service changes as the financial services competition has diversified. Through rising and falling interest rates, new and expanded loan and depository products, traditional and in-store locations, increasing regulatory and compliance demands, the bank continues to meet these challenges and continues to grow stronger.

In 2015, Citizens Community Federal continued its tradition of change by simplifying our bank's brand and updating our logo to CCFBankTM. The bank has invested heavily to expand our web-based technologies to meet the changing needs of consumers and businesses. Our logo now reflects that commitment to community banking and is focused on the future. At CCFBankTM we are not afraid of change - we welcome it! Change has been a critical component of our development as a community bank and has helped us to become the strong financial institution we are today and will be for years to come.
