Overview The Director, Advanced Analytics, will lead efforts in predictive and prescriptive analytics, leveraging data science techniques such as machine learning, advanced statistical modeling, and AI to deliver outstanding value to the business. This role will focus on uncovering future trends and optimizing strategies for long-term business success within relevant global markets, closely partnering with Senior Leaders to craft analytical solutions to business challenges. As a leader within the Advanced Analytics COE, this role will interact regularly with internal stakeholders and external agencies, define and propose appropriate data and technology solutions for key business challenges, deliver actionable insights, and drive product thinking within the COE and across the business. The Director will independently drive and also support junior team members in delivering analytics and data science solutions for specific parts of the business, such as Marketing and Sales, Strategic Accounts, Medical Affairs, and Media; as well as to specific global markets. Each team member is also expected to support initiatives and product development outside of their main focus areas as needed by the business. There is an incredible opportunity to shape the commercial organization in the critical competencies mentioned above, particularly in customer experience and innovative practices.
