Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating schedules and overseeing a company’s operational workflow. Schedule and confirm appointments, answer emails and calls, and enter customer information into the appropriate system.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create weekly schedules and decide what days and times personnel will work.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of appointments, meetings, consultations, exams, and procedures.
  • Listen to the needs of callers to determine the type and length of appointments.
  • Contact customers to remind them of upcoming appointments and meetings.
  • Route correspondence, maintain calendars for executives, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Greet customers, manage and prioritize inquiries, and handle appointment cancellations.
  • Protect the confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
