Property Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the daily responsibilities of rental, commercial, and HOA properties. Collect rent, handle tenant issues, and schedule maintenance as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of rental, commercial, and HOA properties.
  • Market vacant units, screen and select tenants, and handle maintenance and repair issues.
  • Ensure that rental properties are rented to qualified tenants in a timely manner.
  • Set competitive rent prices, collect it from tenants, and deposit it into the proper accounts. 
  • Maintain financial records, create budgets for the properties, and handle tenant evictions.
  • Keep the rental properties well-maintained and handle repairs in a timely manner.
  • Arrange landscaping and snow removal services so the property remains safe for tenants.
  • Enforce HOA rules and regulations and manage common area maintenance for HOA properties.
  • Find and vet tenants for investment properties; pay and record all property bills and taxes.
  • Resolve any tenant or property owner disputes or complaints that arise.
