Property Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the daily responsibilities of rental, commercial, and HOA properties. Collect rent, handle tenant issues, and schedule maintenance as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of rental, commercial, and HOA properties.
- Market vacant units, screen and select tenants, and handle maintenance and repair issues.
- Ensure that rental properties are rented to qualified tenants in a timely manner.
- Set competitive rent prices, collect it from tenants, and deposit it into the proper accounts.
- Maintain financial records, create budgets for the properties, and handle tenant evictions.
- Keep the rental properties well-maintained and handle repairs in a timely manner.
- Arrange landscaping and snow removal services so the property remains safe for tenants.
- Enforce HOA rules and regulations and manage common area maintenance for HOA properties.
- Find and vet tenants for investment properties; pay and record all property bills and taxes.
- Resolve any tenant or property owner disputes or complaints that arise.
