Primary Responsibilities
- Stays up-to-date on industry and economic trends
- Develops business ideas based on company data
- Reviews data from competitors to glean insights
- Finds and cold calls potential leads to discuss products
- Works with leadership executives to get approval for new projects
- Answers emails and phone calls from clients and fellow staff members
- Identifies potential areas of growth and develops plans of action to achieve business goals
- Organizes community outreach, including company-based open houses
- Trains new employees when necessary
