Assistant Property Manager
Job Summary
Manages the day-to-day operations of a real estate company, including inspecting properties and coordinating with the maintenance department for necessary repairs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provides support to potential and existing residents
- Keeps track of rent collections, delinquent accounts, and budgets
- Updates and maintains resident records
- Inspects buildings and shows property to potential residents
- Coordinates with the maintenance team to address property repairs
- Communicates effectively with and reports issues to the property manager
- Distributes marketing materials and adverts to potential tenants
- Completes administrative tasks, such as faxing, scanning, and filing
- Listens to and works to resolve residents’ complaints
