As a result, William Charles is a leader in heavy civil construction, rail construction, asphalt paving, general contracting, environmental construction and remediation, and electrical contracting.
We connect people and places through the neighborhoods, rail facilities, and highways we build. Our experienced construction services teams work at airports, intermodal rail facilities, hospitals, universities, assembly and power plants, distribution centers and malls. With nearly 40 years of direct experience in the environmental services business, we have a unique understanding of the risks, regulatory requirements, and quality controls necessary for environmental construction and remediation.
Because of our financial strength, legal and risk management expertise, extensive equipment fleet, and P3 relationships, William Charles is positioned to pursue civil construction and public works projects of almost any size size.
