Compass Health | Diversity Employer
Compass Health is Northwest Washington’s behavioral healthcare leader. We are a community-based healthcare agency, integrating behavioral health and medical care services to support clients and communities when and where they need us.
Building on a century of experience, we are forging new, nationally recognized models of care that bring together highly skilled mental health professionals, primary care providers, peer counselors and others to treat the whole person. We address complex healthcare needs in partnership with first responders and other community organizations, and form a key section of the community safety net to serve our clients and others who need our care and support. From comprehensive mental health treatment to crisis prevention and intervention, supportive housing, children’s services, community education and much more, our non-profit organization serves people of all ages throughout Snohomish, Skagit, Island, San Juan, and Whatcom counties.
Our Leadership
Honed by decades of experience, Compass Health is proud of our leadership team’s broad clinical and operational expertise within the behavioral healthcare industry. Together, they are leading us into the future of integrated healthcare, and setting an example for the entire industry to follow.
Our History
Years before the name was changed to Compass Health, a group of people saw a need in the community and decided they were going to help those that were the most vulnerable. Over a century later, the name might have changed and the therapy might differ, but we are still just as dedicated to serving our community. With more than a century of experience caring for our communities, Compass Health was established as Parkland Lutheran Children’s Home in 1902. We have since grown into an industry leader, providing more than 22,000 people with comprehensive behavioral healthcare, housing and integrated healthcare each year.
