We have a strong focus on primary and preventive care, and our robust network of doctors and specialists includes independent community-based providers and offices devoted to educating you and your family about healthy living, the latest news in prevention, and care for chronic conditions. Geographic Diversity. Our network includes primary care providers, specialists, behavioral health and OB/GYN providers at over 30,000 sites across the five boroughs of New York City.
Staff Diversity. When it comes to our members, we’re constantly on call. You can always contact us via our website. The MetroPlus Member Services phone line is available Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m.- 8 p.m., in 13 languages, and we can arrange for an interpreter to help with many others. All told, our culturally sensitive staff is fluent in more than 40 tongues.
