The Team You'll Be A Part Of:

You will be part of the R&D team focused on developing and designing SPICE/FastSPICE circuit simulation products, with a particular emphasis on device and technology enablement. This team is at the forefront of innovation, working on cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to push the boundaries of semiconductor modeling and simulation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Research, design, and implement semiconductor component models from mainstream and emerging technologies for various analyses of SPICE/FastSPICE products.
  • Collaborate with peer product R&D teams to integrate new technology into SPICE/FastSPICE products for optimized performance.
  • Work with industry partners on custom modeling and characterization methodology development.
  • Collaborate with other leading product teams such as parasitic extraction, standard cell library characterization, and TCAD to develop solutions for emerging technologies.
  • Ensure continuous innovation and improvement of device modeling techniques.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Need:

  • MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Material Science, Applied Statistics, or Applied Mathematics.
  • 8+ years of industry experience in semiconductor modeling or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of device physics, semiconductor processes, and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Linux, C/C++, and Python programming.
  • Experience with SPICE circuit simulation or related EDA software product development.
  • Knowledge in Memory, Analog, Digital, High Frequency, or RF device/circuit design is a plus.
