is accepting applications for the following position: Program Director - Distilled Spirits Faculty Position number: B99571 Salary: $60,190.00 to $61,837.00 Position Summary: 12-month term Motlow State is located in the beautiful rolling hills of middle Tennessee and has four campuses that serve students from eleven counties. Motlow positions are contingent upon funding availability and budget approval. General Function: Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Distilled Spirits Program including developing the courses and recruiting students. Provides high-quality, effective instruction in accordance with the catalog description and the approved course syllabus; Facilitates student learning, and performs evaluations of student learning for all assigned classes, using each course's standard course outline as a guide; Recruits, hires and oversees adjuncts for this program;Advises and mentors students about academic and career goals. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors' Degree earned from a regionally accredited institution and three (3) years' work experience in Distilled Spirits or Associate's Degree or above earned from a regionally accredited institution in Distilled Spirits or related field and five (5) years' work experience in Distilled Spirits. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Distilled Spirits or related field earned from a regionally accredited university and five (5) years' experience in Distilled Spirits.
