As a Senior Site Services and Operations Coordinator, you'll be part of Global Team, Office Services, whose mission is to enrich the experience of working at Capital. Through the collective effort of over 145 associates in 32 offices in 15 countries across Capital, we build and maintain a physical environment which promotes associate productivity while supporting the culture and diversity of each of our locations.
- You will be an integral partner to office leadership and enrich our associate's working experience by delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service in a fast-changing environment.
- You will join a global team whose scope includes site services and operations (which includes reception and visitor services, security, health and safety, food service, facility management and maintenance, etc.) with a focus on client and visitor experience, safety and security. Your experience and expertise will facilitate the execution of high quality, efficient, innovative, and cost-effective solutions, and services.
- You will represent the site operation on projects and through other regularly scheduled meetings and gather input/feedback from others as needed to ensure projects and work are completed successfully.
- You will enrich the experience of working at Capital by identifying and resolving operational issues and supporting our internal and external client needs. You will manage various vendor relationships, budget line items, and contract negotiations.

- You excel at developing professional relationships with key internal customers, business units, and colleagues both locally and cross-site. - You have experience managing building and facility equipment, directing service vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing related budgets, including invoices and quality control. You create and manage project schedules, make timely decisions, identify and drive deliverables, and procure materials and subcontracts.
- You ensure high-quality financial control measures throughout the project, track large amounts of financial data, and prepare reports and budgets. You align closely with internal stakeholders across Office Services, Information Technology, Security, Real Estate, Procurement, and various business groups, while developing partnerships with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- You are accountable, collaborative, and enthusiastic about implementing innovative ideas and developing alternative solutions for potential material or resource issues. You juggle multiple priorities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and use critical thinking and proactive teamwork for success. You are a skilled communicator and natural problem-solver with a consultative approach, capable of working across diverse groups. - You possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Role will be office based 4 - 5 days a week.
- Possessing a bachelor's degree, along with 5 years of Workplace Experience, facilities management or hospitality are highly desirable.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $76,383-$122,213
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
