As a Regional Safety and Security Manager, you will serve as a key member of the Global Security team, a functional team within Capital's Global Risk Management organization. You will be responsible for implementing the global safety and security strategy, including physical security programs, office health and safety programs, and modifying as needed to enhance the safety and security of Capital's global business operations. You will work proactively with key stakeholders, leaders, and partners to identify and mitigate physical security risks that have the potential to impact Capitals' current and future business operations.

  • You have proven experience directing, managing, and supporting safety and security programs, including office physical security, contract security oversight, and incident response.

  • You have expertise in creating and delivering operational training for security applications, such as physical access control, video management systems, intercoms, and duress buttons.

  • You have a strong background in internal case management and security investigations related to workplace safety, violence or threats, theft, and fraud cases.

  • You have experience in supporting associate travel safety and security programs, including providing travel safety briefings and responding to global travel concerns.

  • You are skilled in conducting event security risk assessments and providing on-site event support to ensure the safety and security of associates and attendees.

  • You have the ability to coordinate with internal colleagues and stakeholders across various departments to identify and implement solutions to mitigate safety and physical security risks.

  • You are a skilled communicator. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You've facilitated a variety of successful meetings ranging in size, with diverse audiences.

  • You are level-headed and self-assured, adding value to high-performing teams with heightened urgency.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
