Job Description

NetImpact is looking for a Site Coordination & Software Trainer. As a Coordinator & Trainer, you will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and managing training and site coordination for deployment and training of a new patient education capability called the Virtual Education Center (VEC). You will also conduct trainings, participate in software testing prior to public release, and marketing activities for promoting the adoption and utility of VEC. You will lead meetings, participate in a training team, and report to a program manager who will direct any other duties assigned as required.

Responsibilities

    Manage, coordinate, and schedule all training activities.
  • Conduct trainings to personnel onsite [travel] and/or virtually as required.
  • Plan, coordinate, manage, share, and control information while working with Capability Managers and SMEs and any other applicable stakeholders to ensure that resources and schedules are synchronized to execute the implementation processes and timeline.
  • Conduct software usability testing and defect testing to assist quality assurance process as software is being developed prior to public release.
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure strong communication throughout the program.
  • Promote utilization and adoption of VEC through marketing strategies, phone calls, emails, and event coordination.
  • Promote organizational lessons learned information as a reusable, shared, protected, consistent, and compliant resource
  • Develop continuous improvement plans and provide briefs to high level military and Government stakeholders.


Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Three years of experience in Health IT Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities
  • Strong leadership as well as oral and written communication skills
  • Developed problem-solving and analytic abilities
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills in both oral and written form
  • Experience working in the Federal Government and/or military
  • Flexibility in work is essential
  • Public Trust clearable
  • Up to 50 to 70% travel across the US and internationally

Desired Skills

  • Prior experience working in or with military is highly preferred, especially medical military experience
  • Federal Consulting Experience
