Description
JOB PURPOSE: The Shelter Manager at Eagle Lake Children's Center is responsible for providing supervision and administrative support to staff and minors in care. The Shelter Manager supervises the Shift Supervisors, Recreation/Vocational Coordinator, Food Services, Safety and Security Monitors, and provides overall oversight of Youth Care Workers. This position ensures that the daily schedule of the center is being adhered to in providing required services. Qualifications

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
_____________________________________________________________________________________ EDUCATION: * Bachelors (Preferred), in one of the following areas: Social Work, Non-Profit Management, Criminal justice, or related field of study; OR * High School Diploma/GED and 2 years related experience and/or training including experience working in a Supervisory role. LICENSES: N/A VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice. Valid driver's license, access to an automobile, insurance, and willingness to drive to off-site locations, highly preferred. OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel in case of an emergency evacuation and as the business need dictates. Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required to meet business needs. Willingness to work other duties as required.
