Global chemical manufacturer is looking for an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist. This position is primarily supporting the AR/Collections functions, will also support AP and Credit with various tasks. You would be responsible for AR related functions to include invoicing, billing, tracking payments and collections. Researching disputes and working towards a resolution. You would also entering invoices into customer portals and supporting travel & expense processing. This is a long term temporary assignment with potential for conversion in the future depending on business need.

This organization consists of collaborative and extremely bright who are empowered to provide solutions for a cleaner, healthier and more energy efficient world. Competitive salary and benefits offered during temporary duration. This position is currently a hybrid model with ability to work partially remote and partially in the office. Hour are M-F 8am-4:30pm, some coverage will be needed up to 6pm depending on business need



  • 5+ years of AR experience
  • Experience with collections
  • Experience supporting a large manufacturing environment
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with SAP Concur is a plus
