Staffmark is excited to offer a direct-hire opportunity for a Maintenance and Engineering Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals in Monroe, NC. Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations and long-term planning for equipment, building, and fleet maintenance across multiple production and warehouse locations. You'll lead and train a team of maintenance technicians across two shifts, collaborating closely with production and maintenance staff to maximize output and equipment uptime. Responsibilities:
