The Lead Fitter / DME Fitter is responsible for providing mastectomy, cane, compression garment and oncology product fittings at Shine. This position is responsible for oncology product ordering, inventory management, and sales of oncology products as well as training on these products for all fitters at Shine. The Lead Fitter / DME Fitter is responsible for maintaining all patient files and preparing required paperwork for claims submission and patient insurance documentation. This position is responsible for preparing staff for accreditation and regulatory surveys as it relates to our DME license. Responsibilities Lead Mastectomy Fitter
Patient fittings: compression, mastectomy, cane, wig, etc. including documentation and patient file creation and maintenance related to insurance, provider communication and products.

Lead Mastectomy Fitter The hourly pay range for this position is from $26.48 to $37.70 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. DME Fitter The hourly pay range for this position is from $25.22 to $35.90 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.
