Conditions of Employment Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated experience with building rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders in a short amount of time - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Organizational skills that will enable case managers to keep meticulous notes and records for several open cases at one time - Experience in social work, public health, student affairs, or other related field - Knowledge of systemic factors, such as structural oppression, and their potential impacts on learning and working environments - Deep understanding of justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion - Knowledge of traumainformed approaches, especially regarding interviewing - Experience handling confidential information - Experience in higher and/or professional education, including health professions training programs such as medical education, nursing education, pharmacy education, and/or other health professions - Experience presenting to and/or communicating with leadership on sensitive, confidential, and difficult matters, both in writing and verbally Additional Requirements Campus Health Sciences Center (HSC) - Albuquerque, NM Department UNM Health Sciences LEO (482A) Employment Type Staff Staff Type Term - Full-Time Term End Date 06/30/2027 Status Exempt Pay Monthly: $4,073.33 - $5,721.73 Benefits Eligible This is a benefits eligible position.
