As a Business Management Senior Manager in the Information Technology Group (ITG), you will play a critical role to influence strategic and operational oversight for various technology business functions working with ITG Senior Business Leaders, which may include operating/engagement model definitions, portfolio management, workforce plans, decision making on project/product investments, HR/workforce related initiatives and /or business policy and risk related adherence. You have an appreciation and understanding of how to leverage data to support informed business decisions, risk management, and business analysis to achieve desired outcomes.

You influence as well as lead/facilitate discussions with senior business leaders on broad/controversial topics
You are well versed in navigating complexity and ambiguity and can effectively plan and manage outcome based business objectives
You influence strategic and operational decision-making through a combination of data, analysis, sound judgment and experience
You possess organization savviness, and have demonstrated experience to collaborate and develop/maintain working relationship inside and outside the organization to enable effective completion of business objectives
You are skilled at establishing clear responsibilities and processes and act with a sense of ownership and make sure others do the same

Southern California Base Salary Range: $171,968-$292,346
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
