KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Account Management to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive account operations strategy and communication; work with account leadership to develop and implement account growth initiatives and operational process enhancements; project manage the implementation and integration of client Vendor Management Systems (VMS) into account processes; oversee account operations onshore and offshore resources and provide direction/oversight to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing; set up and oversee Contractor Labor Programs
  • Leverage appropriate firm tools and resources for accurate and timely reporting; manage recurring and ad hoc account reporting, to include pipeline, financial planning, engagement tracking, and responses to client requests for information; serve as the point of contact for other required KPMG or client-required reporting (global and U.S. internal growth programs, Government Services Administration (GSA) audits, and more)
  • Understand the client Master Services Agreement (MSA), statement of work (SOW) templates and rate card(s); manage response to and ensure compliance with MSA requirements (GDPR, IPP, Web Controls); supervise responses to client requests, audits, and risk assessments; work with account leadership to stay current on any changes to the MSA and understand operational implications for SOW templates and rates; communicate operational changes to the team
  • Oversee responses to member firm inquiries; supervise Sentinel approval tracking and tree maintenance
  • Interface with client vendor management, sourcing, and procurement leads; maintain relationship with client procurement function to optimize contract processing times; provide oversight and direction to account onshore and offshore resources, ensuring continuous process improvement, and increased efficiency
  • Manage new account team onboarding, collaboration platform maintenance and assist with onboarding collateral creation; ensure business continuity of the account processes and resources

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in one or more business related areas such as, Financial and Data Analysis, Project Management and Business Operations; minimum two years of recent experience with people management
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance or related field; Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data analysis/reporting in Excel is required; experience with collaboration platforms, Customer Relationship Databases and Vendor Management Systems is preferred
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects, prioritize multiple tasks and apply proactive and creative approach leveraging firm tools and resources; In-depth understanding of different business functions and ability to engage, as needed; capability to assess end-to-end processes, identify gaps, propose solutions, and oversee implementation
  • Profound presentation skills with ability to summarize and analyze large data sets for leadership review
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills; strong critical thinking and issue resolution skills, with a drive to tackle complex challenges and offer effective solutions; effective time management skills and aptitude to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and delegate
