Purpose of Position
This position is primarily focused on developing, expanding, evaluating, and running youth after-school programming and youth camps, especially summer and school break camps, including hiring, onboarding, training and managing camp staff.

In addition, the P-12 Program Manager will oversee the coordination, organization, improvement measures, and delivery of the IHI P-12 pathway programs portfolio, working with the Director and Program Coordinator to develop a comprehensive set of programs that reaches students at all grade levels, focused on underrepresented and low-income students. This person will also support field trips, Discovery Kits, College Cafes, gifted & talented programs and other in-school and out-of-school outreach programs as needed.

This position interacts with multiple constituencies, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, members of the community, school administration, and others.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage P-12 after-school and camp programs;


  • Coordinate schedules and day-of logistics;
  • Coordinate, organize, and improve pathway program portfolio;
  • On-going assessment of programs for effectiveness and best practices for continuous
    improvement of services and materials;
  • Hire, onboard, trains and manage camp staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably with a major in Education.

Excellent collaboration, written and oral communication skills.

Familiarity with MS Office Suite of Applications and SAP preferred.
