SRG Global is seeking an individual for a Strategic Planning & Analysis (SP&A) Analyst Role in Troy, MI

In this role you will rotate through a variety of disciplines in the SP&A capability including but not limited to Value Estimating, Operations Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Excellence, Capacity Planning and Investment Analysis with the opportunity to be placed in a defined role at the end of the rotation.

What You Will Do
* Gain knowledge of the following disciplines:

* Value Estimating: Work in Teamcenter Product Cost Management (PCM) updating the master data and system configurations to meet the needs of the business
* Operations FP&A: Work closely with the operations teams and FP&A partners on understanding their financials, developing KPIs and providing sound financial planning
* Commercial Excellence: Analyze current program profitability and connect the teams to understand gaps to improve profitability
* Capacity Planning: Work with capacity teams to understand, monitor and predict the capacity levels of our operating assets
* Investment Analysis: Work with appropriate teams to understand large scale investment alternatives, evaluating such alternatives through financials metrics

* Partner with key individuals and leaders in cross functional teams
* Work through a variety of key systems used within the organization
* Develop or improve current reporting tools, financial models and tools to assist the business
* Manage assigned sourcing initiatives
* Monitor and report compliance for system-wide contracts

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with knowledge in Business Information Systems or Data Analytics
* Experience with basic programming tools such as VBA, Power Query, Power BI, Excel, and Power Apps
* Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time

What Will Put You Ahead
* Experience working in the automotive industry
* Experience working in manufacturing
