Requisition ID req31397 Working Title Program Coordinator - TODOS Position Grade 10 Position Summary The program coordinator will help organize and coordinate the fiscal, administrative, and operational activities of the Teachers Organizing Diverse Opportunities Across a STEM Ecosystem (TODOS) program. TODOS is a five-year program funded by the National Science Foundation. The goals of the program are to develop K-12 science teachers as leaders who engage in networking with the STEM ecosystem while supporting equity and inclusive teaching and learning in New Mexico. The program coordinator will assist with grant administration, budget transactions and administration, program implementation, grant reporting, and liaising with internal and external partners. Duties and Responsibilities * Provides specialized administrative support in the implementation of the TODOS grant and TODOS program. * Performs clerical and administrative support tasks including purchasing, reimbursements, travel arrangements, reporting, and program correspondence. * Coordinates, organizes, schedules, and takes notes for TODOS program meetings. * Serves as a point of contact between faculty, staff, K-12 teachers, other departments, and external constituencies on day-to-day programmatic, operational, and administrative matters; assists with the organization of large meetings, special projects, and/or general problem resolution. * Coordinates activities of K-12 teacher consultants, faculty, and/or volunteers engaged in implementation and administration of the TODOS grant program objectives. * Maintains program/project records and revenues, researches information and gathers and computes various data; prepares special and/or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant data from a variety of sources. * May perform specialized activities of a programmatic nature in direct support of TODOS grant program objectives and protocol. * Adheres to policies of the university and of the National Science Foundation Noyce program. * Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by principle investigators (PI and Co-PIs) of the TODOS grant. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
