ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Duties shall include, but are not limited to the following: * Assist the Director of System/Operations Planning and Dispatch with special projects * Conduct SOCC related studies * Assist with auditing procedures within Dispatch, Operations Planning, System Planning and System Control departments * Prepare reports and analysis for Director of System/Operations Planning and Dispatch * Receive, compile, and analyze operations related reports * Assist Dispatch, System Control, System Planning, and Operations Planning with daily activities in fast-paced, high volume operation * Work closely with department Managers on each mission's progress from planning stage through execution stage * Participate in daily morning Operations meeting * Assist Dispatch with Flight Following * Assist Dispatch with Weather Monitoring * Assist Dispatch with Basic Flight Planning * Assist Mission Planning with over flight application process * Assist Mission Planning with Basic Flight Planning process working in the Flight Plan Request System Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS Education
Some college (required)
Experience
1 years: Currently enrolled full-time student at a university, college, or technical college (required)
