This position is in management for our Nursing Flex Pool which is comprised of nurses across our system who float to multiple hospital campuses. This particular role is hybrid with a majority of time onsite at the Corewell Health Service Center in Southfield. Working hours are 3pm to 11:30pm with an on-call weekend rotation. Job Summary
Under the direction of the nurse manager or other nursing leader, the assistant nurse manager has responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the hospital and the nursing department and their effect on patient care in the department.
