The Opportunity:

This role plays an important part in managing strategic vendor relationships by supporting key vendor meetings , supporting resolution of vendor escalations and improving vendor processes.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Scheduling and coordinating Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with strategic vendors.
  • Facilitating communication by publishing EBR meeting notes and following up on action items.
  • Performs contract oversight and hold managed vendors accountable to their contractual obligations
  • Assesses internal technology and business satisfaction levels through the execution of a vendor scorecard
  • Supporting vendor governance activities like SOW review, internal escalations etc
  • Guides effective communication between the organization and managed vendors
  • Supports VMO teams (Contract management and Software asset management) as needed.
  • Organizing in-person EBRs, workshops, and vendor events.
  • Maintaining up to date VMO process documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or Business Administration
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience dealing with IT vendors
  • Understanding vendor contract language
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and vendors
  • Demonstrated agrowth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $76,000 and $95,000

**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
