Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full time Subcontracts Manager. This position is based out of our Bridgeton, MO facility but has the option to be a hybrid schedule or a remote worker. This position will develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of complex materials and services (i.e., engineering development programs) in support of multiple contract types. They will lead activities of subcontract teams on assigned programs and manage team of subcontracts administrators. The position will also ensure products and services obtained by the team meet quality, cost and schedule objectives in accordance with program and company requirements. Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
The expected pay scale for this position is $113,385.00/year - $176,030.00/year for the state of California and $108,455.00/year - $168,376.00/year for the state of Washington. Should the level, location, or scope of the position change during the hiring process, the pay scale may be modified accordingly.
