Core Functions

  • Orchestrate concurrent building initiatives across multiple sites
  • Drive comprehensive project lifecycle management including budgeting, timing, quality control, and risk assessment
  • Implement standardized project governance frameworks and methodologies
  • Perform technical feasibility studies and coordination analyses
  • Foster relationships with key partners to manage deliverables, financials, and change requirements
  • Direct pre-build planning, scheduling and financial oversight
  • Partner with leadership to define project parameters and milestones
  • Manage vendor selection process and proposal evaluation
  • Analyze and recommend resource allocation
  • Lead stakeholder communications and progress updates
  • Generate comprehensive performance metrics and analysis
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
  • Develop strategic contingency planning

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Engineering, Construction Management or related advanced education
  • Extensive project leadership background (7+ years minimum)
  • Proven track record managing multiple complex building initiatives
  • Proficiency with project management software platforms
  • Technical document interpretation capabilities
  • CAD system knowledge beneficial
  • Strong risk assessment and mitigation abilities
  • Excellence in written/verbal business communication
  • Regular travel required within region and occasional national travel
  • Valid driver's license with specified insurance coverage
  • Exemplary attendance record and professional reliability

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
