Career growth and development Diverse and collaborative working environment Affordable and comprehensive benefits package Shift: PRN on call Position Summary: Provides ancillary service to the Emergency and Psychiatry Departments in the evaluation of patients who present to the ED with behavioral health complaints that may or may not require hospitalization. Provides expeditious patient assessments and collaborates with medical providers in determining the appropriate disposition and treatment. Serves as a resource to patients' families and the community. While functioning in ED or inpatient behavioral health, the staff is responsible for patient care, displaying skills in assessment, treatment planning, and individual, group, and family counseling for the behavioral health service. Additionally, he/she is expected to function as a member of the multidisciplinary team and participate in the unit community relations program. Education and Experience
Salary Range: Minimum 51.88 per hour - Maximum 51.88 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
