Minimum Requirements: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Education & Experience HS Diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications: Must maintain a valid driver's license and qualify to drive TSA vehicles. Skills/Abilities: Ability to speak, read, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with leadership and center personnel. Must have basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and be able to become proficient in other proprietary software programs. Strong Excel skills a plus. Must be able to problem solve. Must have good people development and management skills. Working Conditions: The work environment for this position is a warehouse or back of store environment with a moderate to loud noise level.
