Lubbock Storyteller--Whitacre College of Engineering 39090BR Engineering Position Description As a Storyteller, you will assist in the planning and creation of stories that convey information about Texas Tech people and/or programs. These stories aim to establish and maintain favorable public and stakeholder perceptions of the university's accomplishments and/or agenda, adhering to brand standards and effectively engaging target audiences. Major/Essential Functions Every day, you will: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in communications. Preferred Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations or a related area with strong experience in news or feature/promotional writing and interviewing is preferred, as is advanced knowledge of Associated Press writing style.
