The Employee Services Team at Koch Global Services (KGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our team. This position will primarily focus on the Swarming (Second Level IT Support) service area where you will play a crucial role in setting and communicating the overall vision and strategy. You will be faced with a global IT environment with multiple Koch companies and the challenges to creatively provide solutions that enable our business partners accelerate the value they create.

The ideal candidate is a current or former IT product owneror product manager that has shown strong business acumen and ability to innovate, problem solve, prioritize, and communicate effectively.This Product Manager should be excited and eager to work out loud, collaborate with businesses and drive transformation.

Our Team

The Swarm organization provides end user and workstation support for the various Koch companies across the globe. Our focus is on providing a seamless experience for consumers through OpEx, continuous improvement, and transformation. We work closely with the Koch businesses to understand their business outcomes and closely partner with them to provide quality solutions.

What You Will Do
* Think differently about the services the Swarms provide and drive transformation and innovation within the organization
* Provide direction and prioritization to the product team based on business value, technical feasibility, and other relevant factors.
* Drive accountability within our product team and product vendors for business outcome driven deliverables
* Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology vendors to understand their capabilities and strategic roadmaps.
* Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, up-to-date, and aligned with the product vision.
* Identify opportunities to leverage applications across the organization to minimize duplicate systems within the organization.
* Engage in analysis and decision-making processes for new initiatives.
* Communicate with leadership and stakeholders on current initiatives.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
* Experience being a strong business partner understanding their strategies to support them
* Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong Economic thinking skills

What Will Put You Ahead
* Project Delivery Experience
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow Agile, Trello, etc.).
* Experience with leading a DevOps team or practicing its methodologies
