The New Holland Compact, Utility and Specialty Business Manager is the go-to-market leader and primary champion of customer experience within the Rural Lifestyle, Outdoor Consumer and Specialty crop production market segments in North America. This position will work closely with Product Marketing Managers, New Holland Digital Marketing / Website team, and advertising agency partners to build market development strategy and deliver timely and effective communications to internal and external collaborators.

This position will also act as the North American business lead for the New Holland compact, utility and specialty products business, including leading market analysis, inventory planning, distribution, programming and guiding training for the next generation of New Holland equipment. The Segment Business Manager will work across product management and product marketing to develop and implement go-to-market strategy during product lifecycle including the prelaunch, launch, and production of product lines within their responsibility.

Preferred location for this opportunity is in New Holland, PA.



Responsibilities

Go To Market Strategy and Product Marketing Coordination

    Go-to-market execution, including inventory planning inventory, lead management strategy, sales and dealer training, packaging and attachments strategy, etc
  • Champion voice of customer (CX) for North America rural consumers and producers across global product management and commercial marketing, owning the unique voice of New Holland North America in product portfolio planning and product development
  • Develop deep first-hand understanding of customer experience to identify and fill product functional gaps, using this understanding in development of innovative ideas to improve customer experience and grow market share

Marketing Planning and Strategic Development

  • Coordinate ongoing regular analysis of the compact and light utility equipment marketplace, including equipment, ecommerce tools, website presentation and customer journey
  • Develop, implement and run efficiency of communications, digital plans, and media advertising for Rural Lifestyle, Outdoor Consumer and Specialty Crop segments
  • Identify, plan and implement new and innovative means of communicating assigned products to the market through digital tools, ecommerce or otherwise, better meeting customers in their journey
  • Explore innovation in partnerships, sales channels, and digital tools to improve presence and increase market share in the compact and light utility space

Advertising & Media

  • Lead development of a multi-channel marketing communications plan including media, digital communications, sales support materials, social and more, improving earned media coverage
  • Provide oversight with agency partners and digital team on creative elements and marketing communication activities with the input and collaboration of Product Marketing Managers
  • Coordinate the development of sales support materials, local- and region-specific photo and video collateral, and other customer-facing elements applied by dealers and partners

Budget Management

  • Lead internal and external resources efficiently for communication campaigns as related to annual communication budget


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Engineering, or similar
  • Minimum 7+ years of marketing, communications, or product management experience in capital goods, power sports, automotive, construction equipment, agriculture equipment or an associated industry space
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and advertising, market analysis, strategic leadership and consistent delivery to meet commercial objectives

The annual salary for this role is $111,000 - $148,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
