Responsibilities
The Community Relations Representative is responsible for the implementing the facility's strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility's brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve the facility's business development goals. The Community Relations Representative must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication. Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is a 140-bed hospital offering inpatient services for female adolescents, adults, older adults, military/veterans and their families. Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System has a spacious cafeteria, gymnasium, art/activity room, group rooms, classrooms and other areas to create a pleasant atmosphere for patients and their families. Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System's quality services are provided by psychiatrists, addictionologists, licensed therapists, certified alcohol and drug counselors, activity therapists and teachers. Qualifications Position Summary: The Community Relations Representative is responsible for implementing the facility's strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility's brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and working to achieve the facility's business development goals. This role specifically covers the Eastern Kentucky market, with a primary focus on the Lexington, Richmond, Somerset, and London areas. Travel to additional locations within Eastern Kentucky will be required on a rotating schedule. Additionally, this position requires bi-weekly travel to Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System in Radcliff, KY, for team meetings. The Community Relations Representative must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication. Education and/ or experience: Minimum of Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Services, Marketing/Public Relations/ Counseling or related field with 3+ years of healthcare marketing/sales experience in related field.
