In this role, you will:



  • Work with business subject matter experts and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical documentation.
  • Be a general liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Work with test teams to ensure the creation of test scenarios and plans.
  • Expertise in multiple business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, and user acceptance testing and product documentation.
  • Create reference manuals, training material, and other technical documents.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing.
  • Work with implementation teams to analyze defects.
  • Work on Agile projects (experience writing user stories, creating acceptance criteria, stand-ups, product review sessions, backlog grooming meetings, retrospectives, sprint planning processes, and of automated testing processes)



Who You Are:



  • At least 5+ years of professional experience within a BA function.
  • Previous consulting experience a plus.
  • Understand complex customer needs and translate them into stories with applicable acceptance criteria.
  • Write requirements, reports, specifications, plans and analysis.
  • Understanding of IT resources that are available and appropriate to help define and validate requirements and specifications for assigned projects.
  • Develop requirements through interviews, questions, user observation, workshops, brainstorming, use cases, role playing and prototyping.
  • Align and recommend solutions that align to organizations strategic goals.
  • Create unmatched experiences, for both clients and employees.
  • Revel in doing the unexpected and extraordinary for others.
  • Experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool.
