Job Summary

The Per Diem Community Intervention Specialist (Per Diem CIS) is a dynamic, organized, and flexible self-starter who is eager to provide community and hospital-based trauma-specific services to violently injured people and their families. This position will be based out of HHP's main office in downtown Philadelphia and St Christopher's Hospital for Children.
