Pantheon Data (a Kenific Holding company) is a private, small business based in the Washington, DC, area. Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. We have also grown our customer base to include commercial clients. The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal Civilian Agencies.

Pantheon Data has partnered with the US Navy to modernize their HR enterprise. The project involves improving service delivery to Sailors, their families and future recruits through a holistic, end-to-end effort that will impact the Navy's "Hire-to-Retire" lifecycle. We are supporting the Navy's HR digital transformation through several lines of effort that include migrating data to the cloud, modernizing data & systems, developing improved workflows, developing enterprise security solutions, and developing a robust data strategy and governance structure. We will do this with a focus on implementing a seamless digital sailor experience, enabling data driven decision making, mitigating risks while improving business operations continuity, and improving operational efficiencies while optimizing costs. Additionally, Pantheon Data will incorporate its proprietary tools to enhance machine learning and robotic process automation.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in designing and implementing complex, high-performance Salesforce solutions while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Core/Platform, Public Sector, OmniStudio, and GovCloud, development, and large-scale transformation projects to guide and mentor development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet both business needs and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities



  • Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of Salesforce to create innovative solutions, with a strong focus on integrating Salesforce with external systems and applications via APIs (SOAP, REST, Mulesoft, etc.)
  • Data Integration: Lead data integrations with various Data Lake and legacy data formats, ensuring data hygiene, consistency, quality, and security across systems.
  • GovCloud/Public Sector Solutions (PSS): Leverage expertise in GovCloud and Public Sector Solutions to implement secure, compliant Salesforce applications tailored to the unique needs of government environments.
  • Security Integrations: Lead security integrations with ICAM/IAM components, ensuring proper authentication, access management, compliance, and robust security across Salesforce applications.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, guiding development teams in best practices for Salesforce development, architecture, and deployment.
  • Large-scale Transformation Projects: Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth Salesforce implementation across complex enterprise landscapes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to gather technical requirements, translating them into effective architectural designs.
  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using OmniScript.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong background in Salesforce Core/Platform, Public Sector and OmniStudio.
  • Strong experience in data integration, security int.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.


Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in office.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
