IT Project Manager The Opportunity: As the Navy IT Project Manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many initiatives require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced IT Project Manager who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. You will collaborate and provide direction to various Task and Workstream leads to oversee the execution of complex programs. From the initial concept to final implementation, you'll be the driving force behind successful project delivery. You'll ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. You'll navigate ambiguity and extract specific requirements even from high-level information. You'll lead and manage various Task Leads and Workstreams ranging from traditional Personal Support Services, IT Service Management, Cybersecurity Engineering, and Data Analytics that support Senior Navy Clients. You'll identify and engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, team members, and external partners. You'll support senior executives and Flag Officers by creating impactful presentations, written reports, and other communication materials. You'll proactively identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies. You'll continuously monitor risks throughout the program lifecycle and implement necessary adjustments. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
