Lead Production Technician

Description
Seeking a highly organized Lead Production Technician to supervise a team of technicians and oversee production of 360-degree cameras. This role includes managing inventory, troubleshooting advanced electronics, testing and kitting PCBs, and supporting packing and shipping. The Lead Technician will report daily throughput to senior leadership, highlight and anticipate critical production constraints, and ensure smooth operations while meeting production targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production technicians and maintain high output quality
  • Track inventory and conduct cycle counts
  • Report daily throughput and production issues to senior leadership
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced electronic equipment issues
  • Test and kit PCBs for final assembly
  • Identify and mitigate critical constraints to production
  • Assist with packing and shipping as needed
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in electronics, PCB testing, and leadership roles
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively report and communicate with senior leadership
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate production challenges
Target pay range: $25-35/hr.
Job Requirements
