JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Behrend is currently accepting applications for a Part Time Assistant Women's Basketball Coach. The Part-Time Assistant Coach position supports a varsity intercollegiate sport program at Penn State Behrend and is responsible for working under the direction of the head coach in practice and game preparation, as well as recruiting, retention and program administration within that program. In addition, they are responsible for the proper utilization of facilities and equipment within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics during practices, scheduled athletic contests and designated special functions. Assistant coaches will abide by all college, NCAA and Conference rules and regulations. This job requires the following 3 publicly available clearances: CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS: Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
