Principal Technical Project Engineer (TPE) RADA USA is looking for a Principal TPE tomanagelarge, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the company with minimal oversight or direction. The Principal TPE develops and administers budgets, schedules, and performance standards. They solve issues that impede program progress, allowing the rest of the engineering team to concentrate on their work at hand. They will also participate in new business activities including proposals, preparing bids, and developing basis of estimates. Job Responsibilities

Systems engineering, software, architecture, integration and test, requirements, radar, AESA, SRR, PDR, CDR, RTM, MBSE, SOSA, MOSA, JIRA, TEMP, cUAS, cRAM, cUAV, VPS, APS U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment. The expected pay scale for this position is $159,298/year - $247,310/year.Should the level, location, or scope of the position change during the hiring process, the pay scale may be modified accordingly.
