Your capacity to creatively strategize, motivate, and elicit achievement makes you the right fit for this vital Vice President, Account Director role with Cadent. This position is responsible for management and oversight of multiple client service teams, as well as contributing to senior management, operations, and new business development. The Vice-President is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships at the strategic level and for driving organic growth within existing clients, as well as prospecting for new clients as needed. The Vice-President participates in all management team activities and works with other department managers to facilitate inter-and intra-department communication, conflict resolution, and general operating procedures. He or she also contributes to company-wide new business efforts and identifies opportunities to involve other Syneos Health companies. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $155,000 to $170,000 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
