About the Computer Analyst role: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Computer Analyst I to work in the lab of Dr. Sean Morrison at the Children's Medical Center Research Institute (CRI) at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. The Morrison lab's goal is to better understand the mechanisms that regulate stem cell function and how cancer cells hijack these mechanisms to enable tumor formation. A better understanding of these mechanisms offers the potential for new regenerative medicine and cancer therapies. For more information about the Morrison lab, please visit https://cri.utsw.edu/faculty/sean-morrison/ The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive professional who will support graduate students and postdoctoral fellows on their research projects. This would be an excellent role for someone seeking to gain experience on various types of computation, bioinformatics, and biostatistical projects. The incumbent in the role will collaborate with a Bioinformaticist in the Morrison lab. Compensation Range $57,400.00 (minimum) - $71,711.00 (midpoint) - $93,200.00 (maximum)Pay Type: AnnualHHMI's salary structure is developed based on relevant job market data. HHMI considers a candidate's education, previous experiences, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity when making job offers.
