Student Accounts Representative

Summary

To support all student accounts receivable service functions. Assist students and families with account questions and payment processes on their student account.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist Director and Assistant Director with daily deposits and preparation of reports and statements, billing and refund checks.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Student Account Office accounting procedures.
  • Assist with payment plans for student account receivables and process payments.
  • Process payments for non-student account receivables.
  • Counsel students and parents of payment plan options. Answer routine questions about student accounts to callers and visitors.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma, with Associate degree preferred and two (2) years office or accounts receivable experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that provide the required knowledge and skills.
