Job Title: Marketing Analyst Location(s): Basking Ridge, NJ Responsibilities: * Management and evolution of action log and status updates that drives closure to executive marketing requests * Vendor management of all scope of work projects, and monthly, quarterly, and annual budget management * All Scope of Work creation for campaigns and new operational programs, overseeing CIDs along with processing invoices through various vendors * Executive Leadership Meeting support including the prioritization, preparation and curation of meeting materials and follow up when necessary * Support of weekly and monthly documentation/reporting * Tracking milestones of work process to support specific projects and initiatives * Marketing campaign management tracking with ROI measures to spend, creating and reading out leadership monthly readouts and supporting cross-functional employees and various vendors * Reconciling and maintaining all expense reports in accordance with guidelines including support of contractual payments to content vendors (onboarding, PO & invoices, reconciling) In addition to the above, this position is responsible for some administrative support, including but not limited to: * Managing schedule and appointment calendar(s) and maintaining sensitivity to changing priorities * Working with Executive Assistants to coordinate Executive schedules * Performing ad hoc project-related duties as requested, including but not limited to. * Team Culture/Team Engagement Support eg. Volunteer activities, team builders, team bulletin board MUST HAVE SKILLS: * The ability to manage multiple assignments at once * The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization * The ability to ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive and protected information * Strong Project Management skills with the ability to establish, prioritize and maintain critical deadlines * Positive, optimistic attitude with a strong proactive initiative to work within the team for success * Strong organizational and time management skills * Strong verbal communication skills and polished written skills * Fluency in Google Workspace * Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. * Six or more years of relevant work experience.
