Job Description

We are hiring an E-Store & Taproom Merchandising CO-OP in our Boston office. This position is from January-June 2025.

What You'll Brew:




  • Webstore Merchandising: ensures online webstores are merchandised in a manner that aligns with brand strategy while driving engagement and conversion.
  • Ensures product listings are active and readily available to customers. Maintains the product classification to ensure search filters return all relevant results.
  • Pegs photography needs for product listings, inputs request, updates and maintains internal tracker.
  • Write copy for product descriptions and promotional pop ups/banners.
  • Manages customer service inboxes across all E-Store platforms. Responds to customers in a timely manner, resolves order issues, and process returns/exchanges.
  • Oversees brand requests for merchandise through communication with internal partners.
  • Assists in the development, marketing, and execution of E-store promotional events and collaborations.
  • Help track and analyze success of E-store promotional events.



Minimum Qualifications:




  • Must be a student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Management, Communication, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or Business Writing,
  • Student must be 21 years of age.
  • Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to be attentive to all aspects of the manufacturing environment while working
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Customer service experience highly recommended.
