Strategic Talent Integrator, Senior Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a strategic partner and key leader of a talent integration team at Booz Allen Hamilton. Oversee a team of Talent Management Integrators that support all People Services strategic deliverables in partnership with the Corporate Executives. Design forward leaning and creative talent strategies and solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business goals aligned to current and future strategic growth objectives. Help drive a positive employee experience and increase retention of unique and differentiated technical talent skills. Partner with business leaders to comprehend business environments, facilitate employee focus groups on topics, drive greater engagement and experience and assess risk, and follow up to drive issue resolution. Understand the Talent Acquisition life cycle to identify trends and lead strategies. Lead and manage other strategic integrators aligned to accounts, including effective training, coaching, performance feedback, team building, and succession planning, and serve as a champion of change to drive adoption of new approaches, ideas, programs, and technologies. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with Human Resources in a large, complex corporate environment
  • 4+ years of experience with Project Management
  • Experience with engaging and consulting with senior leaders to provide business and people-focused solutions
  • Experience with policy analysis, procedures, training, compensation, benefits, performance or talent management, recruiting, resource management, or diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Ability to position yourself as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and peers by supporting large-scale strategic human capital programs
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to show leadership agility, judgment, and influence
  • Ability to show functional expertise, including policies, procedures, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, recruiting, and resource management
  • Ability to create client-ready briefings and presentations with small and large groups, including peers and executives
  • Ability to show analytical thinking expertise and develop and articulate a business case and story
  • Possession of excellent leadership and consulting skills to effectively engage with senior leaders and lead teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred; Master's degree in Human Resources a plus
  • SPHR or PHR Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
